Lawyer, University of Concepción, Chile. Doctor in Political and Social Sciences, Master in Political Science and International Relations and diploma in International Relations and Comparative Politics, Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium. Director of the European Studies Program, Universidad de Concepción, Chile. Chair (2017-2020), Module (2010-2013) and project manager Jean Monnet (2018-2020 / 2020-2022). Project evaluator Jean Monnet, EACEA, European Union. Research areas: European political integration, European Union-Latin America relations and paradiplomacy.

Doctora en Ciencias Políticas y Sociales, Máster en Ciencias Políticas y Relaciones Internacionales y diplomada en Relaciones Internacionales y Política Comparada, Universidad Católica de Lovaina, Bélgica. Directora del Programa de Estudios Europeos, Universidad de Concepción, Chile. Cátedra (2017-2020), Módulo (2010-2013) y directora del proyecto Jean Monnet (2018-2020 / 2020-2022). Evaluadora del proyecto Jean Monnet, EACEA, Unión Europea. Áreas de investigación: Integración política europea, relaciones Unión Europea-América Latina y paradiplomacia.
